About Will

Hi there! I’m Will Arias, the owner of WIARFIT Personal Training Studio in Armadale, VIC. Since 1989, I’ve been dedicated to helping clients, athletes and referred patients achieve their fitness goals.

My mission is to provide sustainable fitness results for core and glute strength, aesthetic goals, low back care and mobility imbalances for men and women over 30.

As a former footballer and a father of two, I understand the challenges of balancing fitness with a busy life. I’m always learning and updating my methods to provide the best hands-on coaching experience.

With a master’s degree in Communication, my holistic approach is influenced by top experts in spine biomechanics, physical therapy, and strength & conditioning.

WIARFIT is more than just an acronym for William Arias Fitness; it stands for "We Are Fit." As a brand, I focus on creating systems that help you achieve individual and sustainable outcomes, overcoming the hurdles that have prevented you from reaching your health and fitness goals in the past.

As a grateful 58-year-old man who walks the talk, I've developed a system that serves my needs.
